The KCY PARTNERS website collects no personal data — no name, resident registration number, e-mail address or postal address.

1.Core principle — we collect no personal data

KCY PARTNERS LLC (“the Company”) does not collect or store personal data through its website, kcypartners.com.

  • There is no membership registration and no login.
  • There is no process that takes and keeps a name, resident registration number, e-mail address or postal address.
  • No cookies are used to identify users.
  • No database of personal data is maintained.
The website exists solely to provide information about the Company and its business. It sells nothing, takes no payment, and does not track visitors.

2.Unique identifiers and sensitive data

Under no circumstances does the Company collect:

  • Resident registration numbers, passport numbers, driver's licence numbers or alien registration numbers
  • Beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, health or sexual life
  • Bank account or credit card details

3.How the enquiry form works

Anything typed into the enquiry form is never sent to the Company's server and is never stored anywhere. Pressing send opens the mail programme already installed on the user's own computer or phone, and the user sends the message themselves. The website neither sees nor keeps what was typed.

4.Handling e-mail sent to us

Where a user chooses to send an e-mail, or gives contact details by telephone, that information is used only to reply to the enquiry. It is deleted without delay once the reply is complete, and is not used for any other purpose or compiled separately.

5.Third parties and outsourcing — none

The Company does not provide user information to third parties and does not outsource any processing of it.

6.Cookies

The website uses no cookies to identify users or analyse browsing behaviour. No advertising or tracking tools are installed.

7.Rights of the user

A user may at any time ask for an enquiry they sent to be deleted. On request by e-mail (kcypartners@gmail.com) or telephone (+82-2-867-0035), the Company will delete it immediately and confirm that it has done so.

10.Changes to this notice
