Conditions and procedures for using kcypartners.com, and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.

1.Purpose

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using kcypartners.com (“the Site”), operated by KCY PARTNERS LLC (“the Company”), together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

The Site exists to provide information about the Company and its business. It offers no membership registration, product sales or payment functions.

2.Definitions

  1. “Site” means kcypartners.com and its sub-pages, operated by the Company.
  2. “User” means any person who accesses the Site and uses the information it provides under these terms.
  3. “Content” means all text, images, tables, video, design and marks published on the Site.

3.Publication and amendment of these terms

  1. These terms are published in the footer of the Site so users may consult them at any time.
  2. The Company may amend these terms within the bounds of applicable law, giving at least seven days' notice of the effective date and reason.
  3. Amended terms take effect on the announced date.

5.Suspension of service

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Site for maintenance, replacement of equipment, loss of communications or force majeure.
  2. The Company may change the content, structure and availability of the Site without prior notice.

6.Obligations of the user

  1. Entering false information when making an enquiry
  2. Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
  3. Damaging the reputation of, or obstructing the business of, the Company or a third party
  4. Using programs that interfere with normal operation of the Site or place a load on its servers
  5. Reproducing, distributing or transmitting information published on the Site for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent

7.Ownership of copyright

  1. Copyright and intellectual property in the Content belong to the Company.
  2. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute or broadcast the Content, or allow a third party to use it, without the Company's prior written consent.
  3. The Company's trade name, logo and marks are its property and may not be used without authorisation.

8.Nature of the information provided

Information published on the Site is general guidance about the Company and its business. It does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice on any individual matter. Specific decisions are made through a separate engagement and advisory process.

9.Linked sites

The Company accepts no responsibility for the content of third-party sites reached through links on the Site.

10.Limitation of liability

  1. The Company is released from liability where the Site cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disaster, power failure or communications outage.
  2. The Company is not liable for interruptions arising from causes attributable to the user.
  3. The Company is not liable for any profit a user fails to obtain, or loss a user incurs, through use of information on the Site.

11.Dispute resolution

  1. The Company and the user shall endeavour to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion.
  2. Failing agreement, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern and jurisdiction shall be determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary provision — These terms take effect on 10 August 2026.
